Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Skybrook AI Pty Ltd trading as Any Lawns (“we”) handles your personal information when you use anylawns.com.au or ask us for a lawn mowing quote. We aim to handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you ask for a quote we collect:

• your name and phone number, so we can contact you about your quote and mows;
• your email address (optional), if you’d like to hear from us that way;
• your address, so we know where to mow and whether you’re in our area;
• the lawn drawing you make on the map (map coordinates), so we can work out the size and price;
• any photos you add and any notes (such as gate codes or pets), so we can confirm the price and mow safely.

We use this to quote, schedule, mow and bill you, and to answer your questions. We don’t sell your information.

We use a few services to run the website and the business. They handle your information for us:

• Resend sends your quote request to our office by email.
• Google Maps provides address search and the satellite map you draw on.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Stripe will process card payments once payments are switched on.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia. We may add Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our ads work. We don’t use website analytics at the moment, and if that changes we’ll update this page.

We keep your details while you are a customer, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records, for tax and for any refund or damage question. If you ask for a quote and don’t go ahead, we keep it only as long as we need to follow up. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm who you are first.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first and we’ll try to fix it. If you’re still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
