Terms of Service

Any Lawns is Skybrook AI Pty Ltd trading as Any Lawns. We mow lawns from Tweed Heads to Ballina in northern NSW, and also do small fence, gate and landscaping jobs, which we quote separately. These terms cover our lawn mowing service.

You measure your lawn on the map and the website shows a price per mow. Prices start at $150 for lawns up to 300 m², then go up in $50 steps to $500 at 2,500 m². Anything bigger we quote ourselves.

The website price is an estimate. We confirm the final price after we check the photos you send. If the lawn turns out to be different from your drawing (bigger, steeper, very overgrown, or hard to get to), we will tell you and agree the price with you before we mow.

You don’t need to be home. Please make sure we can get to the lawn: leave gates unlocked or tell us the code, and tell us in the notes about dogs or other pets. Please keep pets inside or away from the lawn while we work, and clear toys, hoses and other things from the grass. If we can’t get in or it isn’t safe to mow, we’ll let you know and reschedule.

Rain moves your mow to the next dry day, and we’ll text you the new day. You don’t pay extra for a rain delay.

You pay per mow, or by a monthly subscription. We text you a secure card payment link after each mow. Later we may offer to save your card so it is charged after each mow. We would only do that with your agreement. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we don’t see or store your full card number.

If you're not happy with a mow for any reason, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund that mow in full. No arguments, no fine print.

There is no lock-in. You can skip a visit, pause (for example over winter) or stop at any time by texting us. If you’re on a monthly subscription, texting us to stop ends it, and you only pay for mows we have already done.

We take care, but if something is damaged while we work, tell us within 48 hours so we can look into it. Our public liability insurance applies to damage we cause.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantee that services are provided with due care and skill.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
